Mölnlycke Health Care Appoints New CFO

Guillaume Joucla has worked for the company since 2008.

Guillaume Joucla has joined Mölnlycke Health Care’s executive management team, assuming chief financial officer (CFO) responsibilities as of Jan. 1. He replaces Susanne Larsson, who left the company for an outside opportunity.

Joucla most recently worked as vice president of Global Finance and Strategic Projects Operating Room Solutions at Mölnlycke. He has also led global cross-functional transformational programs and held general manager positions of local operations. Joucla’s experience from his near 17-year career within Mölnlycke has equipped him with deep insights into the firm’s operations and strategic direction, according to company bigwigs.

“We are thrilled to welcome Guillaume to our executive team,” Mölnlycke CEO Zlatko Rihter said. “His leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving our financial strategy and supporting our growth initiatives going forward.”

Before joining Mölnlycke in 2008 Joucla held senior management roles at ProxiMed Services and BioSteril. He earned a postgraduate degree in finance and management from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, and a master’s degree in applied mathematics from Aix-Marseille University.

“I am excited to continue my journey at Mölnlycke Health Care and contribute to our ongoing success,” Joucla stated. “I look forward to working with the team to build on Mölnlycke’s strong foundation and contribute to our future as we revolutionize care for people and the planet.”
